1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware purchase. You may return physical items under the following conditions:

• The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to items that have been opened but are otherwise fully functional.

2. Software & Digital Products

We recommend verifying all system requirements and software compatibility before finalizing your purchase. If you experience technical issues with a key, please contact our support team for troubleshooting assistance.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) or damaged during transit:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange a priority pickup at no cost to you.
• Following a technical inspection, we will provide a 1-to-1 replacement or a full refund including original shipping costs.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of arrival at our facility):

• We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
• M-Pesa Refunds: Typically appear within 24–48 hours.
• Bank/Card Refunds: May take 3–7 business days depending on your financial institution.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For high-value electronics, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
